Is Border in Full Screen Mode - to know that, in that location will be no address bar at the peak, if information technology is in Full Screen Fashion, press F11 to take information technology out of Total Screen

If Border is non in Total Screen Style, do y'all see the nighttime gray title bar at the peak of Edge, double click that to change it from maximized to windowed and you should then be able to resize the Border window

If neither of the above works, what happens when you lot click the button to the left of the Ten for closing Edge?

The suggestions were the first I tried merely zip makes any change.  I'll just have to continue resizing each individual page until I can figure out the problem.  It used to be that the margin arrows were easily fabricated visible and the screen sized inverse but now, that tin only be washed using the IE11 browser which is still meliorate by far than border.  Thank you.
